The site is informational

Content on this site — essays, frameworks, the practice description — is offered for general information and is not professional, financial, legal, or operational advice for your specific situation. Nothing here creates an advisory or client relationship; that happens only through a signed engagement.

Acceptable use

The client portal

If you are issued a client portal account, it is for your use only. You're responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Each account is scoped to one engagement; you will only ever see content belonging to that engagement.

Some engagement views embed content directly from LinkedIn — a specific post rendered through LinkedIn's own official embed, shown to you for review purposes. That embedded content is provided by LinkedIn, is subject to LinkedIn's own terms and policies, and Henry Street does not control or guarantee its availability. Embeds are opt-in: a post is only shown when you choose to preview it, and a direct link to view the original post on LinkedIn is always provided alongside it.

Intellectual property

The essays, frameworks, and other original content on this site belong to Henry Street Advisors LLC unless otherwise noted, and are provided for your personal, non-commercial reading. Content embedded from LinkedIn or any other third party belongs to that party, not to us.

Third-party links and content

This site links to and, inside the portal, embeds content from third-party services (including LinkedIn). We aren't responsible for third-party content, its accuracy, or the practices of the sites it leads to.

Disclaimer of warranties
